I've seen that white pomegranate tea at TJ's but never tried it! Sounds kinda weird. However, I also thought their green tea bread sounded weird, but now my whole family loves it! Your cookies sound delicious. Care to share the recipe? I served your oatmeal muffins the other day with my own chili, and they were a big hit!
