So this is what happens when you get rid of most of your baby stuff...

Didn't see this one coming, I gotta say! I am thrilled to be sure, but request prayers for a safe and happy pregnancy. Thanks in advance.

Oh yeah, did I mention I just had my 42nd birthday? What a year this will be, eh?

Yiippeee! Wonderful news. I'm adding you to our list of expectant moms that we pray for daily right now. Congratulations! And to think of all those posts you had about having no more babies and moving on to the next stage in life! Not so fast...

Congratulations! I was 46 when I had my last baby.

You might want to go in and get a progesterone check just to be sure. Sometimes in our 40s we need a bit more help with the hormones.

God bless you and your little one!

Congrats! We're expecting number 9 in February.

I thought that this post was especially funny considering your "July phase" post a few weeks ago.

Congratulations and prayers for you all! How exciting. I will be 44 this year and the other day I started wondering what my life would be like if a new baby arrived. Our youngest is almost 8.

I think I'll wait for my first grandbaby. I did discover though, that there really were not many "later in life" dreams that couldn't easily be changed for another babe. It's the sleep deprivation that gets me. We take care of a friend's little girl overnight sometimes and although she is now 2 1/2, I still find myself waking often to check on her. :)
