His little sisters were VERY happy to see their brother!

Our Family at the the Vietnam Memorial in NYC

Some Pennsylvania color

View from the front of my son's school

The kids on the Staten Island Ferry

Statue of Liberty and a tug boat. I was surprised how excited we all were to see Lady Liberty.

I have more photos, but I'll be busy most the weekend, and didn't want to leave you all hanging. More of NYC and the trip to come next week.

Wonderful pictures, Renee! I didn't realize your whole family was going. It looks like it was a lovely family trip!

Your kids have gotten so big! Also, Mark & I think B looks a lot like Paul in the 2nd picture.

Would it have killed the boy to have smiled on the ferry? LOL

Great pics! And I totally agree with Aileen and Mark that B looks like Paul in that 2nd picture. It looks like a fun trip and I'm glad you and J had a chance to reconnect during it. I love times like that.

Renee, the family photo with you all on is so wonderful. It's beautiful because it speaks of how you have said 'yes' to life.

Your older son who is at college now, he looks so young to be at college, it must have been a terrible wrench to let him go, but then to see him again must have been such a delight to your heart :-)

God Bless you marriage, your children and the little one growing inside you.

(((hugs)))

Deb, My eldest in in high school. He is at a boarding school out of state. And it was a terrible wrench to let him go and a true delight to see him again. We see him again at Thanksgiving, in about one month. Thanks everyone for your your kind comments!

Your family is beautiful..these are precious memories. It was nice to put a face on you too! Your husband looks so familiar...like someone famous! Now, don't give him the big head, but he does and like I have seen him somewhere. They say that there is someone somewhere who looks just like us..maybe there is someone here that makes me think of him...that always bugs me when that happens! Ha!
